Booking conditions

HOTEL La Demeure des Brousses* **, Montpellier

These conditions apply to any booking made in Hotel La Demeure des Brousses* **, Montpellier. They are part of the contract.
Offers and booking conditions are valid on the day of consultation.

Rooms are reserved from 2.00pm until 11.30am the following day.

Your reservation is confirmed irrespective of arrival time. However, in case of arrival after 10 PM, and if there's no night watchman, you will have contact the hotel reception at +33 467 65 77 66 in order to obtain the access code. Every reservation is guaranteed by credit card.

PRICES
All the prices are shown in Euros (€). Taxes are always included.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. Your credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation. Your card will not be debited on-line, except in the circumstances listed below. The total cost of your stay must be settled directly with the hotel.

Your credit card will be debited immediately in the following cases:

  • Card validity date expires before your arrival date
  • Deposit asked for some congress and festivals period (reed midem, festival du film...)
    •


INFORMATION AND LIBERTIES
Under French Law 78-17 "Information and Liberties", customers are advised that personalised booking details are stored in a database. You have the right to access and modify any information by contacting La Demeure des Brousses* **, Montpellier.


BOOKING CONFIRMATION
For all bookings, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.


AMENDMENTS

For any changes to confirmed bookings (changing date, names, number of persons etc.), please send us an email at demeure.des.brousses @ wanadoo.fr or call our reception by telephone at +33 467 65 77 66 or by fax at +33 467 22 22 17.



CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If you are obliged to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply: 
Should a client cancel his/her reservation, the following fees will be due, 
                      
  - A stay of 1-3 nights: any cancellation that occurs less than 72 hours  from the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay. 
  - A stay of 4+ nights: any cancellation that occurs within 14 days from  the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay. 
  - In case of a No-Show at the Hotel: 100% of the total cost of the  stay, including all services purchased upon reservation.
I confirm having read and understood these booking conditions before making my reservation. From now on, confirmation of my reservation binds me to adhere to HOTEL Demeure des Brousses booking conditions, and to accept them in their entirety.
